I saw something on AMC the other day and I wanted to pass it on to all of you. AMCtv said they might be looking for extras for " The Walking Dead ". So head on over to their site and lets see what all of this is about. Imagine a group of us (McCreary fans) getting all dressed up (to kill..he he) and holding up a sign or banner for Bear.
In fact, Bear..you and Raya should try out for this too...or maybe even some of your music staff

That's funny! You guys would be a great bloodthirsty horde chasing after poor ol' Rick. I must admit, I could probably have a walker cameo on the show if I wanted one. But, I must confess that the idea of donning all the make-up and especially putting in contact lenses (I've never worn them) kinda weirds me out. I frankly have little desire to do it. Now, if the writers decided that our band of heroes should encounter a lone survivor who scares away the zombie herds by playing his accordion and generally being a super cool dude... then I could audition for that!

OK, Bear, now you got my imagination going. You know what I would find super cool? What if they would actually allow a zombie to play the banjo (maybe Steve can be convinced to do a cameo)? To actually have your zombie music being performed by a zombie on screen. That would be awesome... Zombie accordion maybe? How would that sound, I wonder? Elin

@ Helicopters...
That would be a cool idea! You have to think that at least a few of those zombies wandering around would have been musicians, right?

@ Bear, Zombie musicians... that's a good one. But while we're on the subject of zombies I have an idea that you (Bear) should give to the producers. (since you see them / meet up with them..etc). Contact Sean Casey (he was on the discovery channels Storm Chasers series) and have him lend the T.I.V. 2 (Tornado Intercept Vehicle) to the cast of The Walking Dead. A few people from TWD get in, almost get ambushed by zombies, fire up the T.I.V. 2 and run down some zombies. The vehicle gets stuck on something and someone in the vehicle hits the main hydraulics controls. The armor on T.I.V. 2 slides down and starts to crush some zombies. Then, to top it off, someone deploys the ground penetrating spikes and right through more of the zombies. To finish (just so the cast can't use T.I.V. 2 to further drive up the road), she breaks down and doesn't fire up anymore. Anyway..it's just an idea I've been thinking about for a while. Maybe have Sean Casey play a walker..or his co-chaser Brandon Ivey or Marcus..I think they'd enjoy it..he he.. - End of Line -

Good ideas! Funny, I almost had a chance to actually cameo in the show a few weeks ago, but I couldn't get out to Atlanta in time. Oh well... another time
