Hello guys,
First of all I want to thank you Bear for the great work and the nicely done music in all series. By the way: the music is the reason which brought me to this place - logical?

In the last weeks I started to watch the complete season 3.1 of BSG and I found a 30 second song snippet on the EU/German version (Season 3.1 as well as BSG Complete, maybe US version too) played in the background where you can choose the episodes or languages which is – as I think – not included at any of the BSG score releases.

The songs which have the most similarity to the song snippet are “Martial Law” (Season 2) and “Kat's Sacrifice” (Season 3) but it is neither of the two.

So my questions are: Does somebody know this song and would tell me the name of it? Is there a full version of this song or is this just a snippet mixed up of two or more existing tracks?

Maybe some of you or even Bear as the artist can help me out.

Same here, I only have the UK Blurays. Also, I really suck at identifying cues. Maybe Bear himself reads this some day and can help, if it's the same on the US DVDs.

Since you got the German DVD set, chances are good that you either are German or understand it. Maybe our German BSG board is worth a try. Here's the thread for Season 3 on DVD. Maybe there's someone who both owns the set AND knows the cue.

And if you're a non-German speaker, feel free to ask in English. They'll understand you.

It could be the same on the UK or the US DVD or BluRay. But I cant prove that, so I am not sure if it is the same song or not. If one of you two watch the season 3 again it be a great, if you switch to the language/episode selection and check if you know this song from any of Bear's soundtracks.

On the uk DVD It's called Dark Unions from Season 2 where the nuke takes out Cloud 9.
