Post subject:  Liner notes availability?

Hi everyone! I purchased the BSG soundtracks via iTunes, and as such they didn't include liner notes.

Does anyone know whether I can buy either the physical booklets or download .pdf versions of them? I'd appreciate any info you can give me.

Thanks!

I second this as well. Perhaps for those of us who use to have them but either lost them or they were destroyed due to some freak accident as well D:

(Not the CD's though! :p)

This is interesting because initially I was planning on getting the BSG soundtracks from iTunes but then found them cheaper on Amazon so I went ahead and bought the CD versions instead! I'm glad I did because the booklets that came with the CD's are great. I would check out the website for La La Land Records and see if you can order the booklets from there.

Here's the response I got from La La Land:

"No I am afraid not. We are not the owners of the digital downloads. We only
have cd versions"

I sent back a reply clarifying my question, since I'm not sure by their response that they understood my initial inquiry.

Hi there BSG friend:

I have all of the CD's and I am happy to send a copy of the liner notes to you. I can't imagine that it would be a problem, but I will refer to the moderators and/or Bear to let me know if it is not okay. I think I might be able to upload them, if not you can send me your e-mail address.

So say we all. :)

Thank you, Sue, that's very generous.

La La Land says they're unable to help me, so it looks like I will need to rely on the kindness of strangers.

@SueN: I'm not an expert on US copyright laws, but posting or linking to copys/scans of the booklets could get you (and maybe us) into a lot of trouble. Of course, we can't control what you do via email or the PM system :)

Good point. :)

Sue, please check your PM's.

Thanks,

Pete
