Wow, a ton of answers here. For me, it's jam. I grew up on home-made jam made from fresh berries and fruit, some of which grew right outside our house. It turned me into a huge jam snob, because that's come from a store rarely cuts the mustard... not that you'd want jam to cut mustard.

I think I'd have to pick honey (orange blossom honey is DELICIOUS) if I had to choose one, but I love (good, obviously) jam as well, and sometimes peanut butter.

Jam, because:
1) Jam (usually) has a rich fuirty boquet 2) Honey is sticky; and I hate it when it spills or drips 3) I can put jam or a preserve on top of my morning porridge; I just can't envisage doing the same with honey.

You have jam that isn't sticky? Honey works pretty well in porridge. My preferred porridge involves honey and fresh fruit, though jam will do in a pinch.

Marmite.
An acquired taste for some, but a touch of it is great.

They stain, but they don’t stick. Dunno, maybe it’s a question of local variety.
