Yes, Shane is a tough character. I believe he's going things for all the right reasons in his own mind. But, he's clearly become disconnected from society. I loved what Dale said to him in the end of the mid season finale: "You belong in this world." It was a great observation.

Recently viewed the Killer Within on the BMC Sessions & needed to say, yes sir Bear, it was candidly decimating at the end...was viewing the scene the previous evening w/my gf & toward the end we were both sitting there w/our eyes filled w/tears, that, in huge part was because of the score, it was impeccable, particularly after poor Ricks response (first acknowledgment, then distress bringing about complete & utter misery), that was what got to me the most ..scores support in passing on that feeling to the viewer (which is the reason I adore them so much) & kid did you convey...
